Interim Parks & Green Spaces Service Manager

£425 - £450 a day inside IR35

Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority client based in London to facilitate the appointment of an experienced Interim Parks & Green Spaces Service Manager.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Deliver several service-critical projects.
- Implement a full appraisal of the service, proactively address shortfalls, and streamline systems and processes.
- Leading and managing a department of 100+ personnel.
- Recruitment, procurement, budget management, re-negotiation of service level agreements.
- Health and safety upgrades,
- Depot infrastructure improvements, service plan delivery.
- Building relationships with unions and external departments
- Improving the culture and ethos of the service.
Next Steps
This role is an initial 6-month contract with likely extension and offering up to £425-£450 Inside IR35 (Dependent on experience). You will be required to be in the office 2 days per week, with the reminder remote.
