Customer Resolution Representative

Manpower has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Issue Resolution Representative to join our Client at their site in Bracknell on an initial 6-month fixed term contract. Working a hybrid model of home and office working you will be responsible for handling customer issues in relation to billing, collections and complaints management including disputes, returns, adjustments and collection activities in a timely manner.
You will work closely with customers and internal Clients to resolve disputed accounts, working independently performing vigorous collection activity on past due accounts within credit policies and procedures by both telephone and email communication. You will build credibility and trust with customers and businesses while being confident in handling sensitive/ confidential financial data.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, maintaining a professional, positive and tactful demeanour with customers, have previous experience in SAP and Sales Force and a demonstrated skills and knowledge in financial statement analysis, negotiation and credit and financial counsel principles.
