Project Manager – Freelance – Restaurant Fit Out
Are you a roving project manager who has recent experience of overseeing high end restaurant fit out projects and can commute to both Manchester and Leeds?
We are recruiting for a roving project manager to oversee two new restaurants in Manchester and Leeds , which start in May and August respectively and will last until the end of the year.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Ensuring the health, safety and well being of site operatives
- Compiling constrcution phase plans
- Programming
- Liasing with client , directors,desingers and site teams
- Charing site meetings
- Progress reports
- Assisting with final accounts
Experience & Requirements :
- Recent experience of managing fast-track restaurant fit out projects
- Client Facing
- Trades background
- Local to Manchester & Leeds
- Able to provide references
