We are happy to be recruiting for one of our high-profile utilities clients. They are currently looking for a Success Factors Implementation SME to join them for an initial 12-month contract. However, there may be scope for extension or even a more permanent opportunity.

Job Purpose:

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the re-implementation of Success Factors within the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency, optimising service management processes, and establishing robust performance metrics to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing effectiveness of Success Factors and integrated tech stack.

Key Accountabilities:

Service Management Processes Optimisation:

  • Assess current service management processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimise service management workflows.

Performance Metrics Development:

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for Success Factors implementation.
  • Establish essential operational level agreements (OLAs) for interconnected relationships within the technical environment, such as the transfer of systems and processes between different functions.
  • Establish and implement a comprehensive performance measurement framework to track and report on the effectiveness of Success Factors.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analysing performance metrics and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Proactively address process bottlenecks and inefficiencies to ensure optimal utilisation of Success Factors.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with stakeholders, including HR, IT, and other relevant departments, to understand their requirements and align service management processes with organisational goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams to drive collaboration and ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.

Documentation and Training:

  • Develop comprehensive documentation for service management processes and performance metrics.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of Success Factors.
  • Contribute toward the capability growth and performance of our Team by collaborating effectively while helping to cultivate an inclusive work environment and having some fun too.

Technical/Specialist Skills & Experience:

  • In-depth knowledge of Success Factors or similar HR software solutions.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in HR process optimisation and system architecture design, with a focus on HRIS and HCM platforms.
  • Prior consultancy, system implementation and business transformation experience strongly desired.

Location:

This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to work from the clients Warwick office at least 2 days a week.

Working hours:

Standard working hours with some flex where required.
