Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Lawyer specialising in landlord and tenant matters in Broxley. This is a contract without a scope for extension working full time hours. The employer can offer mostly remote working, with 1 day per week working on-site.
The job:
- Undertake a caseload of mainly landlord and tenant matters but with a wide variety of other commercial property and local government related property advice and transactions
- To provide legal advice as appropriate to the Cabinet, Members, Committees
- Supervise legal officers as agreed and directed by the Deputy Director
- Meeting deadlines and managing client expectations
The candidate:
- 2-5 year PQE solicitor or equivalent CILEX/licensed conveyancer
- Experience in a similar role dealing with tenant / landlord matters within the public sector
- Must be UK qualified
- Experience dealing with property matters is desirable
