Class Two Day Drivers required in Wincanton, BA9.

This work is on behalf of a family owned company, who distribute food to manufacturers, wholesalers and caterers nationwide.

As one of their Class 2 drivers, you will be responsible for transporting chilled and frozen products in a temperature-controlled vehicle. Your role will be working to a set route to complete deliveries to various customers, which can be schools, cruise ships, manufacturers, hospitals etc. Due to the nature of the work, tail lifts, pump trucks and handball are all required as part of the role. This role is 90% driving and 10% helping with general warehouse & yard duties.
You may also be required to complete the odd night away as part of this role.

We are busy with bookings, so we can be flexible. We look for drivers who can work between one and five shifts each week, on a regular ongoing basis.

Due to insurance restrictions; you must have held your Class 2 for at least 12 months, with experience too.

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday, 04:00am to 06:00am starts daily,

Hourly Pay Rates:
£15.00 per hour (PAYE)
Plus £25 per night out when applicable
