Role Overview: As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in advocating for the employment relationship, supporting Employee Relations, Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion, and Reward initiatives. You'll be instrumental in creating transparent policies, processes, and undertaking project work to enhance engagement across our clients business. This is a remote role on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on Employee Relations and Engagement activities, aligned with strategic and legislative requirements.
  • Continuously assess and enhance policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational strategy and culture.
  • Actively participate in project work and cross-functional collaborations.
  • Conduct ER training sessions to enhance HR capabilities.
  • Support legal providers in managing tribunal claims and settlement discussions.

Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
  • CIPD qualified level 5 or working towards.
  • Previous experience with Tribunals / Acas Early Conciliation.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
