Salary: £45,000

Role Overview: As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in advocating for the employment relationship, supporting Employee Relations, Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion, and Reward initiatives. You'll be instrumental in creating transparent policies, processes, and undertaking project work to enhance engagement across our clients business. This is a remote role on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on Employee Relations and Engagement activities, aligned with strategic and legislative requirements.
- Continuously assess and enhance policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational strategy and culture.
- Actively participate in project work and cross-functional collaborations.
- Conduct ER training sessions to enhance HR capabilities.
- Support legal providers in managing tribunal claims and settlement discussions.
Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
- CIPD qualified level 5 or working towards.
- Previous experience with Tribunals / Acas Early Conciliation.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
