As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining continuity in the absence of regular teaching staff, fostering a positive learning environment, and effectively managing classroom dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Classroom Management: Skillfully manage and supervise classrooms, ensuring a positive and conducive learning atmosphere.
2. Lesson Facilitation: Deliver pre-set lesson plans, ensuring a smooth flow of educational content in the absence of regular teaching staff.
3. Student Support: Provide assistance and support to students during lessons, addressing questions and concerns as needed.
4. Attendance Tracking: Keep accurate records of student attendance and promptly report any discrepancies to relevant staff.
5. Communication: Maintain open communication with teaching staff, school administrators, and Dunbar Education to ensure effective coordination.
6. Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in covering various subjects and year groups as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience working within the UK education system.
