A leading construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality projects across the UK. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, our client specialize in housebuilding. As They continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Construction Assistant Site Manager to join us in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.


As a Construction Assistant Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the site management team in overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects. Working closely with the Site Manager, you will be involved in coordinating tasks, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Manager in organizing and supervising construction activities on-site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor progress against project schedules and report any deviations to the Site Manager.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met and workmanship is of the highest caliber.
- Assist in resolving any onsite issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including labor, equipment, and materials usage.
- Support the Site Manager in administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and communicating with stakeholders.

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in reading construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to construction sites.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering results and exceeding expectations.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field are desirable.
