We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a lovely Primary School in Watford .

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support the delivery of high-quality education and contribute to the overall development and well-being of our students.

Location - Watford

Salary - £90-£110 per day

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the class teacher and covering the class when required
Provide one-on-one support to students, addressing individual learning needs and promoting academic progress.
Lead small group activities and interventions to support students' learning and development.
Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to evaluate student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities as required.Qualifications and Experience:

Relevant qualification in Education or Teaching Assistance (e.g., Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification).
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA in a school setting.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and teaching methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
