Are you a senior Quantity surveyor on the look out for your next big career move?
We are working with a Tier 1 contractor, with an annual turnover of over £8bn, who are in need of a Senior Quantity surveyor to be part of one of the biggest infrastructure projects in the UK. they are looking for an experienced and highly qualified individual, who comes from a civil engineering background to join and expand their team due to continued success within the industry.
Responsibilities you will be expected to carry out as Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- producing correct forecasts of project costs all the way up until completion
- Identityfing contract variations
- Maintain and develop commercial processes and procedures and maximise returns in terms of profit.
- Monitoring resources and costs to ensure that the projects meet agreed targets.
Experience
- Bsc in Quantity Surveying
- strong knowledge of NEC3 contracts
- Major Civil/infrastructure projects experience
- 8+ years experience in Quantity Surveying
- Experience in the rail sector
