Job Title: Aluminium Welder and Fabricator

Location: Holland

We are currently seeking a skilled Aluminium Welder and Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both welding and fabricating aluminium components to meet project specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
1. Perform aluminium welding using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
2. Fabricate aluminium components based on technical drawings and project requirements.
3. Measure, cut, and shape aluminium materials using hand and power tools.
4. Assemble and weld aluminium parts to create finished products.
5. Conduct quality inspections to ensure welded and fabricated components meet specifications.
6. Make adjustments and repairs to welded and fabricated products as needed.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
8. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
9. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an Aluminium Welder and Fabricator or similar role.
2. Proficiency in aluminium welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
3. Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
4. Ability to use hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, and fabricating aluminium.
5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
6. Good understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing environment.
7. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
8. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
9. Relevant welding and fabrication certifications or training preferred.
