FABRIC ENGINEER – HANDY PERSON – MULTI TRADE
Temporary to Permanent, Monday Start
InVictus are working exclusively with a leading FM provider who are dominating the industry. They are looking to make an addition to their team for a fabric engineer after an internal promotion creating availability for a great opportunity.
The role based in South west of England is working a mobile role with a van + fuel card,
This temp to perm opportunity is paying an annual salary of up to £32,000 and has an hourly pay rate equivalent.
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
Overtime opportunities available
You will carry out general fabric PPM's and reactive works such as;
• Plumbing
• Carpentry (Door work, locks, installing sinks & pipework)
• Painting & Decorating
• Tiling (Floors, walls and carpets)
• You will be expected to keep records of all work
• You will need to understand health & safety regulations
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer or similar role in facilities maintenance.
• Relevant qualification would be an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping.
