We are seeking a HR Consultant for our Education client based in Stockton on an initial 7 month contract paying between £31,900 to £40,500 + great benefits depending on experience.
Excellent pension & benefits scheme on offer.
This role allows flexible working & hybrid working.
The successful candidate will possess proven skills working with the following -
- HR advise
- HR Support
- Grievance, performance, staff disciplinary, absence management, exit interviews
- staff development
- staff appraisals processes
- policy & procedure recommendations
- Managing complex Employee Relations (ER) cases,
- Education sector experience is desired
- Safeguarding experience is of an advantage
