Position Summary:

We are currently seeking experienced Concrete Making Good Gang to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in concrete finishing and making good. The concrete gang will play a crucial role in ensuring the structural integrity and quality of our project.

Responsibilities:

• Pour and finish concrete surfaces to required specifications and quality standards.
• Operate various hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist with the assembly and disassembly of concrete forms.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve project goals.

Skills/Abilities:

• Previous experience in concrete making good is required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in concrete work.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Certifications:

• Skilled CSCS Card
• Experience in concrete finishing.
