Teaching Assistant role:
- Position: Teaching Assistant.
- Location: Solihull.
Requirements of a Teaching Assistant:
- Experience working with children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.
- Experience within a primary setting as a Teaching Assistant.
- Ability to provide support in classroom activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant.
- Assist in implementing positive learning within Primary pupils.
- Provide one-on-one support to students as and when needed.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback when needed.
- Provide the class teacher with support within the general classroom.
