Are you looking for a new contract role within BMS?
If so, then you are in the right place! I am currently looking for a mid-senior level BMS Project Manager/Engineer for a new contract in the South of the UK.
- BMS Project Manager OR Engineer
- 6 Month Contract
- Outside of IR35
- Daily Rate DOE
- Sites all based in Central London
- Option for 1-2 days remote working
Experience:
- Must have a strong BMS background
- Good understanding of the full BMS project life-cycle
- Being able to assist with design, software & graphics would be advantageous
- Experience in producing DesOps (Description of Operations) & Points Schedules/Points Lists
- Programme Planning
- A strong understanding of the commerical aspects of Project Management
- A good understanding of HVAC & mechanical plant
- Willingness to help with Commissioning, Service, Software & Graphics
- Experience in handling multiple projects at once
- 50k-500k value minimum
- Trend, EcoStruxure, Distech OR Tridium Experience
