As a Complaints Handler you will:
- Be working with a global market leader in their sector on an existing project.
- Work on general service based complaints.
- Previous complaint handling / financial services experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Working hours are Monday-Friday, between the hours of 09:00-17:30 (37.5 hours per week)
In return, you will receive a salary of £165 per day via an umbrella company.
We also have opportunities available for a Data Subject Access Request Administrator with salary of £145 per day via an umbrella company.
