Are you a reliable and organized individual looking for a flexible role in education? Join us as an Exam Invigilator at our schools in Romford and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and fair administration of exams, starting immediately.

As an Exam Invigilator, you will be responsible for supervising exams and maintaining a secure and controlled environment for students. Your role will involve setting up exam rooms, distributing papers and materials, monitoring students during exams, and ensuring that all exam regulations are followed.

We are seeking candidates who are punctual, attentive to detail, and able to remain calm under pressure. While previous experience as an exam invigilator is beneficial, it is not essential. We welcome individuals who are reliable, responsible, and committed to upholding the integrity of the examination process.

As an Exam Invigilator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up exam rooms and ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are prepared.
  • Checking students' identification and seating them according to exam regulations.
  • Distributing exam papers and materials to students and collecting completed papers at the end of the exam.
  • Monitoring students during exams to prevent cheating or misconduct, while maintaining a quiet and focused environment.
  • Assisting students with any queries or issues that may arise during the exam, following established procedures.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions accurately. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in an educational setting.
