We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable social housing company specializing in planned and reactive maintenance services. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a skilled Multi Trader to join our team working across Hampshire.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake a variety of tasks related to planned and reactive maintenance in social housing properties.
- Perform guttering repairs, decorating, and other general maintenance work.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and adhere to safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in social housing or council work is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in guttering repairs, decorating, and other relevant trades.
- CSCS card and own tools required.
- Driving license required as will need to travel across Hampshire
- Reliable, diplomatic, and proactive work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
