About the role.

We are seeking a Systems Associate to join our Learning Team. The key purpose of this role is to administer and maintain existing content, users and data within the current LMS and other systems such as Group LMS, Performance and Goals, Succession and Planning etc. for the entire organisation. You will also be expected to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers, to build credibility and become a trusted partner

About you.

• Passion to deliver excellent customer service to all our internal customers, as you will be the 1st point of contact
• Be driven and has enthusiasm for L&D to promote best practice and new ways of working.
• Can work at pace and adapts to the fast-paced working environment, demonstrating a “Get it right, keep it right’ attitude.
• Willingness to travel to other sites or locations within the UK as required.
• Demonstrates strong collaboration skills with the appetite to contribute to continuous improvement within the team.
• Has good organisational, task and time management skills.
• Demonstrates strong communication and influencing skills across various levels both in written and verbal interactions.
• Demonstrates at least intermediate MS Excel abilities in terms of knowledge, skill, speed, and accuracy.
• Demonstrates high attention to detail regarding grammar, punctuation, and numeracy.
• Able to work under pressure in a logical and methodical manner.
