Deploy Recruitment Group is looking for experienced Electrical supervisors with a background in the rail industry to lead, instruct and manage a team of electricians on one of the top upcoming projects on the London underground, which will be headlined by one of the industry leaders for the following few years commencing in April/May.

The work will involve upgrading the HV Traction Power Systems throughout the length of the Piccadilly Line and upgrading critical signalling assets.

The current work we have available will be on days with the potential for night shifts and weekends when required. This job is expected to run for suitable candidates for at least the next two years. Additional extensions may follow.

Work commences at the following substations, including North Ealing, Alperton and Sudbury Hill and will continue throughout London within the M25 along the length of the Piccadilly line.

We are looking for candidates who understand the responsibilities required of electrical supervisors working in rail industry substations.


Required:

- Substantial experience supervising within rail projects
- Experience working in a Substation environment
- Minimum 18th-edition Electrical regulations
- SSSTS/SMSTS

Desirable:

- ICI - LU
- Substation entry card (Non-Keyholder)


Candidates with relevant knowledge and trade qualifications can receive full Sub-Station training. To qualify for Sub-Station training, you must pass a DBS check.

Shifts are paid at 9 1/2 hours at a shift rate of £346.23 GBP, with all candidates determined inside IR35.
