Interim Complaints Officer

As an Interim Complaints Officer within the Repairs Team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complaints related to housing repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
You will be the first point of contact with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to address concerns and improve service delivery.
This role is for an initial 6 months with the possibility of a permanent position at the end of it.
