Salary/Rate:
£16.28 - £33.54/hour PAYE + Holiday Pay

This opportunity offers a PAYE contract arrangement, with an initial 6-month term and potential extensions spanning 12-18 months.


Hours:
The core day shift operates from 7:30 am to 4:15 pm (Monday to Thursday) and from 7:30 am to 11:30 am on Fridays.

Pay:
During the first 3 months, MT6 Rates are as follows:
* Basic: £16.28 PAYE (equivalent to £21.21 UMB)
* Overtime (x1.5, Mon-Sat): £24.41 PAYE (equivalent to £31.82 UMB)
* Sunday (x2): £32.55 (equivalent to £42.43 UMB)


Following this initial period, rates are adjusted:
* Basic: £16.77 PAYE (equivalent to £21.86 UMB)
* Overtime (x1.5, Mon-Sat): £25.15 PAYE (equivalent to £32.78 UMB)
* Sunday (x2): £33.54 (equivalent to £43.71 UMB)

Required Experience:
* Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent training and/or experience
* Demonstrated proficiency in CNC operations
* Prior experience in the aerospace sector or similar industry
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and understand SPC data collection for result recording
* Familiarity with measuring equipment such as Vernier, micrometer plug gauges, and screw plug gauges

CNC Miller -
Responsibilities include setting and operating CNC Milling machines within their machining cells, which may include Mori Seiki, Fanuc Robodrill, and Matsuura equipment.
CNC Turner -
Responsibilities involve setting and operating CNC Lathes / Mill Turns within their machining cells, which may include Mori Seiki, Conquest HT42, and Alpha machinery.


Candidates must possess eligibility to live and work in the UK, while adhering to ITAR restrictions.
