Exciting Opportunity for a Geography Teacher
Location: Reading
Salary: £110 – £200 per day

GSL Education Watford is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment where academic excellence is valued and students are encouraged to reach their full potential.
As a Geography Teacher, you will:
- Hold a PGCE in Geography. B.Ed. with QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Have a minimum of two years' experience teaching geography.
- Set high standards for academic excellence and support students in achieving their goals.
- Monitor and encourage students' overall development and growth.
- Participate in meetings and perform necessary administrative tasks.
- Hold a current Child Enhanced DBS on the Updating Service, or be willing to apply for one through GSL.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons and teaching resources.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage student behavior, communicate with parents and guardians, and organize extracurricular activities such as field trips and events.
