Experienced Employment law Solicitor (PQE 3+ years)

Home-based / Remote UK

  • Are you looking for the flexibility to work from home during hours to suit you?
  • Are you fed up with your salary ceiling?
  • Would you like greater autonomy?

We are looking for an experienced Employment Law Solicitor to handle a mixed caseload of unfair dismissal and a variety of discrimination claims on behalf of Claimants almost exclusively on a DBA (No Win No Fee) arrangement. You will be expected to act with autonomy; possess superb technical competence and client care.

You will be used to dealing with a high volume of Claimant work which ideally includes clinically assessing and converting new cold enquiries into clients. We are looking for a straight-talking, affable team player with a passion for employment law who enjoys litigious work and wants to build their own caseload. We can generate all new client enquires.

Advocacy experience would be advantageous at CMD, PHR and at final hearing level (although the latter is not essential).

You will work from home. We use LEAP cloud-based case management and O365. Remuneration will be by way of a self-employed consultant fee share arrangement.

Please apply with your CV together with a cover letter explaining why you want to join our employment law team, what you can bring to our firm and how soon you can start.

We look forward to hearing from you.
