Site Manager

I am currently recruiting for a Site Manager to start work in May, for a project in Whitehaven.
The project is 2x health centre refurbishments.
One is to start in May and is a 10 week programme which includes:
- Internal refurb
- Light strip and small demolition works
- Reconfiguration of consultant rooms and waiting areas
- Single floor
- Ceilings and partitions
The other project will commence mid-way through the first one and is a 4 week programme, which includes:
- Window replacement scheme
- Minor flooring replacements
- Drainage
They are looking for a Site Manager with the following experience:
- Live environment experience
- Experience working on commercial refurbishment schemes
- Trade background (desired but not essential)
The right candidate will also hold their SMSTS / SSSTS, First Aid, Health and Safety and CSCS card.
