SEND Teaching Assistant: Complete Classroom Services are looking for SEND Teaching Assistants to support students in the classroom.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young adults in an educational setting.
- Experience with SEND which could include ASD, complex needs, Speech and Language, PMLD
- Primary curriculum knowledge
- Be able to maintain high standards of health and safety.
Essential Skills
- Be Patient
- Know how to differentiate: each child learns differently.
- Maintain a flexible ‘can do’ approach.
- Appropriately use recording and reporting processes whenever appropriate.
