We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Maintenance Manager / Engineer on a 3 month initial contract to manage a range of public buildings and leisure facilities across Redditch and Bromsgrove region.

Your main role will include:
- Effective management of cyclical maintenance, service and monitoring of mainly mechanical systems and equipment
- Management of projects and maintenance tasks undertaken by contractors
- Ensuring the service of mechanical plant and equipment
- Manage maintenance calls on a reactive basis including allocation to suitable contractors.
- Post inspection of works
- Facilities Management, Building Maintenance or Property Maintenance experience
- Knowledge of repairs and maintenance
- CDM documentation experience
- HNC qualification would be preferred
- Health and safety knowledge essential.
