A Local Authority in London are looking for a Housing Reviews Officer to join their team.
You will be joining the team for at least 3 months, with a high likelihood of extension.
This Authority understands that most s202 decision letters can be carried out from the comfort of your home, so you're only needed in the office once a week!
You will need:
- Knowledge of Part 7 of the Housing Act 1996 and HRA
- Experience as a Housing Reviews Officer for Local Authorities
- Experience reviewing and carrying out s202 decision letters is necessary!
