Freelance Quantity Surveyor

My client are a leading, internationally renowned property development and construction group delivering mixed use developments and residential, student, retail, and commercial accommodation projects worldwide.
They are seeking a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on a large project in Manchester.
As the Quantity Surveyor, your role will include:
- Updating all cost control procedures as advised
- Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required
- Produce accurate costing for each aspect of the project
- Compiling reports on costs and cash flows
- Assist with preparation of tenders and procurement of sub-contractors
- Process subcontract orders, payments, and variations
- Attend team meetings as required
Salary: The rate for this role is £300 per day.
