Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client are one of the UK's foremost independently owned construction companies specialising in build, residential, infrastructure, and FM services. They deliver projects across the entirety of the UK.
They are seeking a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Facilities Management division on a project in Durham, which is valued at £2m.
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, your role will include:
- Measure and estimate accurately and efficiently
- Control cost and maximise value
- Mitigate risk using correct contractual procedures
- Produce accurate monthly valuations on time
- Access, value, and process labour and subcontractor payments, resolving any disputes promptly
- Manage workforce and client for the project
- Achieve best cashflow and variance analysis
- Report on opportunities, risk, and performance of the project
Salary: The rate for this role is £350 per day.
