Pay: £16-£17 per hour
As an Interim Repairs Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and managing repair requests efficiently and professionally.
- Liaising effectively with contractors and tenants to ensure timely resolution of repair issues.
- Maintaining accurate records of repair requests and follow-up actions.
- Providing exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing their concerns with empathy and expertise.
