Role Highlights:

• Lead on-site operations for a major highway project
• Oversee a range of tasks including Earthworks, Retaining Structures, and Drainage
• Coordinate the installation of gantries and other smart motorway technologies

• Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and project managers to deliver excellence

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in civil engineering, specifically on highway or similar large-scale projects
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing construction teams
• In-depth knowledge of Earthworks, Retaining Structures, and Drainage
• Familiarity with smart motorway technologies and their implementation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Adept at problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
