An Industry Leading Design & Build Commercial Office fit out contractor who work across London and the surrounding counties and who deliver commercial office fit outs ranging from 250k-10mil are currently on the market seeking a experienced and forward thinking Technical Services Manager capable of supporting the delivery of commercial fit out projects.

They are looking for an exceptional and aspirational TSM to support the Project Lead deliver multiple projects from inception to completion, they offer an excellent package and a long-term stable career for the right candidate

The Role

They are looking for a TSM capable of supporting the project lead delivering projects across London, key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:-

- Managing and overseeing the design and installation of technical services on commercial fit out and laboratory fit out
- Review and approve project documents such as drawings and specs
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
- Work closely with with project team and other stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
- Provide technical guidance and support to the wider business

Candidate:-

The ideal candidate will currently be working as a TSM / Technical Services Manager for a fit out contractor, they will have experience working on commercial offices being a distinct advantage. They want a forward thinking and capable TSM to oversee the design and installation of technical services on

You will have the following skills or experience:-

- Experience working on commercial office fit out projects
- Experience working with a fit out contractor
- TSM or similar working experience
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the site team
- Excellent communication skills
