The Opportunity

The Market Launch team sit within Market & Business Operations and are an integral part of the wider Commercial team.

Primary responsibilities include the development and management of the Launch Plan and Launch Readiness, incorporating Product Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Communications, Experience, PR, Sales and Customer Service within cross functional teams in order to exploit the full potential of the carlines for the business and the brand, leading to sustainable profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Launch Lead to develop and execute the launch plan for all new models, replacement models and MY/ Mid Cycle refreshes following the Launch Planning process.
• Support in the delivery of launch detail in support of the Launch Planning Gateway deliverables.
• Support in communication of the Launch Plan across the organisation, ensuring consistency of execution.
• Support Launch Lead in creating Launch Management Meeting / New Model Launch Review inputs and representing commercial in these reviews
• Create close working relationships with colleagues from all key functions.
