We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven individual to join our team as a Performance Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing various performance metrics to help enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business processes. You should be adept at using data analysis to inform strategic decisions and improve performance outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyse performance data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and relevancy.
- Interpret data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas of improvement within business operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement data-driven strategies for operational improvement and efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and recommendations for management.
- Utilise Government Digital Service (GDS) guidelines to ensure compliance and standardisation in data handling and reporting.
- Continuously update professional knowledge and technical skills related to data analysis and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Performance Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of GDS guidelines and their application in data analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
