Orchard Recruitment Solutions are currently working with a regional construction and civil engineering contractor based in the North East, who are looking to appoint a Site Engineer for a number of schemes across Durham, Sunderland and Teesside.
The client works on groundworks packages on residential developments, commercial builds as well as delivering their own commercial/industrial schemes as the main contractor.
Ideal candidates will have a mixed bag of engineering experience on the above mentioned sectors. The client would look at both freelance or permanent options.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Setting Out
- RAMS
- Site Diaries
- Levels
- QA
- Working alongside groundworks gangs
- Dealing with permits
- Site/Project Manager liaison
- Liaison with main/sub-contractors
You must have a valid and in date CSCS card. An engineering qualification would be preferable along with experience engineering on varied sectors.
