The Company:
Nationwide residential developer who deliver sustainable mixed use schemes nation wide. This developer prides themselves on gentrification and the redevelopment of derelict land to create spaces whereby everyone can live collaboratively and effectively. This client allow staff full autonomy to carry out their job duties.
The Role:
My client is on the lookout for a fully fledged Site Manager to join one of their flag ship projects in South London. The right candidate would be responsible for running the program from start to completion working collaboratively with a Site Based project manager, the project is currently coming out of the ground with internals starting in the next 3 months. This role requires a Site manager with a proven track record of delivering successful RC Frame projects from Start to Completion
Experience:
At least 5 years of proven experience working as a Site Manager looking after various units at one time specifically on RC Frame projects. Good Technical background (Ideally a trade). Steady track record, PC Literate (all MS Office and Site Software i.e Procore, Snag R, MS Projects)
This position could also be known as: Construction Manager, Site Manager, Senior Site Manager or Senior Construction Manager.
