My local authority client based in Nottinghamshire is currently looking to bring on an interim technical officer for an initial 6-month contract. The role is paying £40 per hour.
Duties of the role:
- To carry out stock condition surveys.
- To liaise with contractors, ensuring the council stock is maintained to a good standard.
- To produce specifications for works and manage through to completion.
What's needed:
- Knowledge of HHSRS
- Experience with carrying out Decent Homes surveys
- What's on offer:
- £40 per hour
