dh Recruitment/Driver Hire are currently looking to take on warehouse staff for day shifts with one of our long-standing clients based in Plymouth, specialising in the distribution of power tools and other construction equipment. About the job:

• Shift will start at 8am, Monday to Friday and Monday to Saturday (Wednesday off) on altering weeks.
• Pay is £13.17 per hour. (Advanced payroll method inclusive of holiday pay)
• You'll be paid by the hour, no day rates with overtime being paid after 8 hours.
• PAYE which means that you are properly taxed as well as receive holiday entitlement and pension contributions.
• Holiday and pension contribution.
• You'll be expected to carry out general warehouse duties, picking and packing, loading and unloading vehicles and lifting throughout the day.
• Weekly pay.
• Training will be provided.

Candidate Requirements:

• Customer service skills.
• The ability to lift and carry as well as move freely is necessary due to the physical nature of this role.
• Attention to detail
• Used to a fast paced environment

This is a temporary ongoing position that could lead to full time work for the right candidates.

Please be aware that the advertised pay for this job role is an advanced payroll method, meaning the rate is inclusive of your holiday pay at 12.07%. We are more than happy to accommodate a standard payroll method if you prefer to accrue and take holiday separately.
