As a Secondary Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in line with lesson plans
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies tailored to KS3, KS4 students
- Encourage a growth mindset and a positive attitude towards learning
- Be able to follow and promote the school's behaviour management policy
- Contribute to the school's mission to deliver a kind, encouraging and positive experience for its pupils
- Be committed to safeguarding and promote the welfare of the pupils at the school at all times
- A UK recognised Teaching Qualification
- Strong subject knowledge in KS3 & KS4
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of successful delivery of curriculum
