Retrofit Assessor

TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a building consultancy who are looking for a Retrofit Assessor to carry out assessments on social housing properties across the UK.
The company have got hold of a large contract and will need Retrofit Assessors to work in the North, Midlands, Southeast and Southwest, covering about 2000 properties in total.
The contract will be split up between a few different Assessors based on location and will involve undertaking retrofit and stock condition assessment surveys of dwellings, assessing the existing gas boiler and heating system, any insulation measures, drawing up accurate floor plans of the property, carrying out condition reports, along with conducting site-specific assessments. The work also requires a cavity survey using a boroscope which will pay extra £25 per survey.
All surveys will be carried out through Elmhurst, lodgement will be taken care of for you. We will ideally be looking for individuals who have already gained a level 3 qualification in Retrofit Assessments and have experience completing them.
