Site Manager required immediately to oversee a large Social Housing Panel replacement scheme within the Walsall area

Managing a section of external panel upgrades, on external occupied high rise housing blocks throughout the Walsall area, the ideal candidate will be monitoring the Programme on behalf of the client, work will consist of full removal and replacement, there is also gas works involved, ideally having experience of this will help, however it is not a "deal-breaker"

Ideal candidate would be from a decent homes background or similar and be able to work well under pressure and within occupied housing, having panel replacement experience and worked on high rise blocks

SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness, First Aid and CSCS card requiree, this is a long term role and perm for the right person
