An Exciting Opportunity Awaits for a Project Surveyor (Client Side) to support with their Development Programme in East Sussex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure financial delivery, management and reporting of individual projects within the Council's Development Programme.
responsibility for the day-to-day financial management and reporting of a project.
- Quantity Surveying experience.
- Financial Management and Contract Administration experience.
- The portfolio is a mix but non residential.
Qualifications:
- Degree is beneficial.
- Chartership is required.
- JCT experience along with NEC experience is beneficial.
Work Arrangement:
- Enjoy a flexible work week with two to four days in-office presence a month and the convenience of remote work for the rest.
