Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated EYFS teacher to join our passionate team in Brent on a full-time, long-term basis. As an EYFS teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of young learners aged 3 to 5 years old, laying the foundation for their future academic success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons and activities in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor progress and identify individual learning needs, providing targeted support and interventions as required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure the holistic development of every child.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, promoting independence, resilience, and a love for learning.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school policies and statutory requirements.

Qualities Needed:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with specialized experience in Early Years education.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and its implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for innovation in teaching and learning.
  • A commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within the classroom and beyond.
  • Resilience, patience, and a nurturing approach to supporting the individual needs of every child.

Pay Rates:

  • EYFS Teacher: Daily Rate £160-£210 (Based on Teacher Pay Scale in the UK)
