Setting Out Engineer

Our client is looking for a Setting Out Engineer to start on a Southern Water Sewer Project in Kent, this is a 12 - 18 month CIS project starting ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver site engineering on a range of sewer and water projects.
- Oversee and advise on utility and civil-based projects.
- Provide setting out for the project team and collate as-laid information.
- Carry out site surveys and inspections.
- Produce documentation for site tasks and complete inspection and test plans.
- Liaise with stakeholders.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in a utilities environment, preferably sewer or water.
- Knowledge of deep excavation and trenchless pipe installation methods.
- Experience working in collaborative multi-disciplinary teams.
- Understanding and application of digital technology.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of CDM and ability to make engineering decisions and judgements on design.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering
- Chartered membership status with the Institution of Civil Engineers
