Complex Care and Support Worker

Salary: £13/hour + holiday allowance

Shift Patterns: 12 hour shifts plus sleep-in shifts

Are you an experienced and compassionate Complex Care Worker with a minimum of 6-months UK based healthcare experience working in the field of Acquired Brain Injury? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

About the role

We are recruiting on behalf of Yorkshire Community Healthcare who are looking for an experienced Complex Care Worker with a compassionate and caring nature, to provide support to a young gentleman that will be going away on holiday for one week along with a friend and two other carers. You will ideally have experience in working in the field of ABI however full training and support will be provided to the right person.

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• A minimum of 6-months UK based healthcare experience is essential
• Compassionate and patient nature with excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality to connect with the client and create a positive atmosphere
• Valid UK driving Licence with access to own vehicle
• Must be physically able to carry out tasks such as moving and handling and other social activities

Note: All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
