Nottinghill Genesis are looking for a HR Advisor who's a specialist in Employment Relations paying a rate of £21.44ph PAYE up to a max of rate £23.82ph PAYE per hour. Pay will be decided after interview if candidate were to be offered. You'll be working 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (with unpaid break) with a minimum of 3 days in the office (King's Cross) and up to 2 days at home, depending on the needs of the business, so may need to attend the office more frequently if your diary and business needs require you to. NHG require a temp HR Adviser with great experience in complex employee relations case management until end June 2024 and posibly beyond depending on performance. This is to cover all areas of that discipline - handling grievance's, disciplinaries, performance management, probation's and Ill health capability through to appeal level. Need someone to start ASAP, who can pick up and hit the ground running with the management of such ER casework, often where a number of these process are underway at the same time and where the concerns raised and needs are complex or the managers require active case management support. Manager would look to carry out a short telephone assessment with any potential temps interested in picking up this assignment.
