Main Responsibilities.

• Translate client's business goals into a clear strategy using their model which considers their holistic approach as well as identifying KPIS so they can measure success.
• Oversee external KPI targets and ensure they are met on a monthly basis and being accountable for performance.
• Oversee external KPI targets of your strategic account managers, ensuring they are met monthly.
• Collect and analyse metrics to provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams. Ensuring that the strategy is correct and that the tactics deployed by the pod teams are moving the needle.
• Client communications from team recommendations to requests from clients themselves, ensuring they meet best practices and align with their digital strategies and goals.
• Create strategic digital road maps to achieve buy-in with any or all client contacts needed.
• Delivering business reviews that consider opportunities for cross-channel collaboration.
• Meet with clients in person and build strong long-lasting relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Supporting their client's strategy developments for clients your Senior Account Managers are responsible for.
